Shipping Policies

Orders are delivered via UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service, depending on the order and destination in question.

We attempt to ship all orders the following day. Due to the nature of handmade art, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for handmade or out of stock items. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped the following day.

Lilaea charges a $5.00 minimum for shipping. All other shipments are calculated by weight.

Returns

We will gladly replace merchandise damaged during shipment at no additional cost. We will accept returns of merchandise (with the exception of apparel items) for store credit if returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Ship returns to:
